Character Design

I've been trying to "find" one of the main characters in my graphic novel. This stage of the process feels alot like casting a film (I would guess), trying to figure out who has the right look to capture what I want in the characters. There is one amongst these that i think fits the bill. The rest will probably find themselves casts as side characters or extras as the story develops.

On a side note, I've been quite preoccupied with a variety of work, chores, and responsibilities lately, and my postings have been slow, but work on the book continues. I've been realy happy with some of the developments as I've been doing layouts and thumbnails, which pretty much is my writing process (as opposed to typing out a script). With luck, I'll be able to keep my head above water with "life in general" and not over-extend myself on additional freelance, and the book will really start to come together over the next couple of months.
